FOR BRACELET REPAIR OR RESIZE:

✤ Step #1- Purchase this listing and leave your order number showing proof of purchase of your bracelet that needs repair along with where you purchased your stretch bracelet from us - this website or Etsy and we will email you a return label within 24hrs. If you have already reached out to us, please do not worry about leaving your order number as we are already expecting your order.

✤ Step #2- Place all of your beads in a small padded envelope, print out your label and tape it to your mailer. 

✤ Step#3- Drop it in the mail and we will handle the rest.

Once we receive your bracelet, we will repair/resize it right away and ship it back to you.
Please allow 3 to 5 days for repairs and resize.

△ WANT IT FASTER? Upgrade your shipping by selecting Priority Mail 1-3 business days. Be sure to select the option in this listing only and not in the shipping options during checkout. Priority Shipping labels run roughly $10.00 to $12.00 per label.
