We got you covered with 1 year repairs on stretch bracelets!

You simply cover all of the ship costs. The stretch cord, labor and handling is on the house!

IMPORTANT: If you have lost any beads, please contact us for a quote to replace the beads for you.

Step #1- Purchase the listing and leave your order number showing proof of purchase of your bracelet that needs repair along with where you purchased your stretch bracelet from us - this website or Etsy and we will email you a return label within 24hrs. 

EXAMPLE: Order # 007/Etsy  OR  Order #007/Website

Step #2- Place all of your beads in a padded envelope, print out your label and tape it to your mailer. 

Step#3- Drop it in the mail and we will handle the rest.

Once we receive your bracelet, we will repair it right away and ship it back to you.
Please allow 3 to 5 days for repairs.  

This listing is for your purchase of two way shipping, to ship your broken bracelet to us and for us to ship your repaired bracelet back to you.

Shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage 1 to 5 business days with tracking. Please note: we absolutely do not profit from this delivery service. USPS Ground Advantage is the least expensive method of shipping that provides tracking and insurance running roughly $5.00 to $6.00 per label.

#1- To protect the longevity of your stretch bracelet keep it away from water and chemicals. 

#2- Roll your bracelet on and off making sure your hand and fingers are extended straight out and grouped in their most narrow position. You should never have to actually stretch or pull your bracelet over your hand.
