All of our items are beautifully packaged and shipped directly from our Mohave Desert Studio in Nevada USA. We strive to get all orders out on time and delivered to you fast. Once in a while, things can go wonky and get delayed if we are backed up with custom orders or waiting for materials. If you are in a rush with your order, please contact us, we are always happy to let you know if we are running on time or if there are any current delays.
US BUYERS: All ready to ship items will be packed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days of purchase. Items ship via USPS first class with tracking.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship USPS first class international mail with tracking. Please leave a phone number for your shipping label, we can not ship without a phone number.
International shoppers kindly note: We have no knowledge or control over taxes, duties or customs fees in your country.

📦 Lost packages & what to do:
✔️ Tracking says delivered but you didn’t receive it?
Once a package is marked as delivered, it’s out of my hands but here are helpful steps you can take.
- Check with neighbors—sometimes packages get misdelivered.
- Leave a note for your mail carrier—they may recall where it was placed.
- Call your local USPS (or carrier) and ask them to check GPS data for the delivery.
( How does USPS GPS tracking work? Most USPS delivery drivers use mobile devices that track the exact location of a package when it’s scanned as delivered. Your local post office should be able to provide more details.) - File a claim with USPS.com (or the relevant carrier). All my packages are insured up to $100.
🚫 Tracking says not delivered and package is lost?
Contact me, and I’ll file a claim. This process can take 10-14 days. If the package isn’t found, I’ll happily remake and send a new item (I do not issue refunds for lost packages).

Gift wrapping and packaging
IMPORTANT: If you order more than one item, your jewelry will ship together in one gift bag or box unless you contact us to let us know you need your items to be gift packaged individually.
Items automatically ship with no receipt for easy gifting.
All items come nicely packaged in a pouch or box, you can normally see packaging photos in every listing.
If you are buying several pieces example: "5 Piece Bridesmaids Necklaces" your order will include a packing slip with no dollar amount.
Ordered the wrong size? No worries!
I personally handcraft every piece, and my sizes are super accurate. If you ordered the wrong size, I’m happy to adjust it for you—just contact me for return instructions. I only ask that you cover shipping both ways (most customers include $5 in the return package for ease). I don’t charge for materials, labor, or handling. If I made a sizing error, I’ll happily reimburse all shipping costs. USPS Ground Advantage; this is the most cost-effective way to ship that automatically includes tracking and $100 insurance and runs roughly $5.50.
Returns/Refunds Policy
We want you to LOVE your new jewelry!
We offer store credit on eligible items. Follow the 3 easy return steps below.
#1- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item for exchange instructions.
#2- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
#3- Ship items back with tracking in the same condition you received them in within 7 days. Please be sure to include all packaging that came with it.
As soon as we receive your item back we will issue your store credit.
PLEASE NOTE: If there is any damage to the items or packaging that are returned, you will be refunded minus a loss in value fee which will always be fair. Example: You return an item and our packaging (custom box or bag) has been damaged, you will receive a full refund minus $3.00 for the cost of our boxes or bags.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: We do not accept returns for the following items: custom-made or made-to-order items and earrings or body piercing jewelry due to hygiene reasons.
As a gal who does a TON of online shopping, I value 100% transparency with items I purchase and I will only give you 100% transparency with everything I sell.

PHOTOS: Please note that photos are an example. Natural stones can vary slightly especially cabochons (larger center stones) in shape, pattern and color. Your piece will be as close to the photos as possible but mother nature is a one of kind beauty just like you!
